The Global Growth Institute has been operating in over 30 countries worldwide for more than a decade. Throughout this time, the Institute has met with over 700 CEOs to gain insight into what it takes to become a top manager. Through a combination of various skills, the Institute has developed a training program that currently has thousands of managers participating in it.

Series 1 builds core foundational skills including: what it means to be a great manager, goal setting, time management, communication, customer and stakeholder engagement and managing meetings and other core skills.

Wayne Clark
Wayne Clark, hailing from the UK and the Netherlands, is the founder of The Global Growth Institute. Previously, he served as the manager and partner of an international consulting firm. Clark is a renowned international speaker and has been recognized as one of the "Most Influential Thinkers of All Time" by Cash in London and Dubai. Additionally, he has been named one of the top 25 HR professionals for three consecutive years in Best in HR Magazine. In addition to his work as a speaker and consultant, Clark is also a professor and has taught in the MBA program at the University of Business.
Mark Vegh
Mark Vegh is a partner at the Global Growth Institute and co-created the "World Class Manager" program. He is also a teacher and uses his expertise in team behavior to develop positive attitudes and communication skills. Wegg is widely recognized as a leading professional in executive involvement with management and works with organizations worldwide to increase their influence and develop strong private brands. His ultimate goal is to help close the talent and achievement gap.
